The Role

We're looking for a Customer Success & Community Manager to support our customers throughout their entire journey with Forte Labs—from their first interaction with our content through becoming active community members and advocates.

You'll be the primary voice our customers hear when they need support, the facilitator who brings our community together in live sessions, and the curator who keeps engagement vibrant across multiple platforms. This isn't just a support role—you'll be instrumental in helping people achieve genuine transformation in how they work with information and knowledge.
